What is our cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice (up to 11 pm) prior to check-in date, failure to cancel or amend after this time full payment of your first night’s stay will be charged and No refunds are given, 48 hour notice if booking via Late Rooms or Asia Rooms, all guest accounts are required to be settled at time of check-in.
